Gregory R. Blatt currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Match Group and CEO of Tinder.
Prior to his current role, Greg served as the Chief Executive Officer of IAC. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of IAC’s Match segment, and prior to that as IAC’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
Before joining IAC, Greg served as Executive Vice President, Business Affairs and General Counsel for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. He has also been an associate at Grubman Indursky & Schindler and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, two prominent New York law firms.
He holds a bachelor’s from Colgate University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
Lance Barton currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development for Match Group, where he leads the IR and M&A functions for the company.
Lance has served multiple roles at both Match and IAC since 2008, including GM of Match Asia and Vice President of M&A at IAC. He has completed over 30 transactions for both companies including the acquisitions of PlentyOfFish, Meetic, OkCupid, Friendscout24, PeopleMedia, Eureka, and DailyBurn.
Prior to IAC, Lance worked in the investment banking division at Citigroup Global Markets and was also a systems engineer at Cisco Systems.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Wichita State University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Matt David currently serves as Vice President of Public Affairs for Match Group.
David came to Match Group from Outside Eyes, where he was managing partner focused on public affairs and corporate positioning. He has also been a part of the last four presidential elections serving in various campaign roles for Governor Kasich, Governor Huntsman, Senator McCain and President George W. Bush, for whom he served at the White House during his administration. From 2008 to 2010, David also served as deputy chief of staff for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
He holds a bachelor’s from University of the Ozarks and a J.D. from University of Tulsa College of Law and is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma.
Sharmistha Dubey currently serves as the President of Match Group North America, where she oversees the product and business operations for North American dating properties, including Match, PlentyOfFish, OkCupid and PeopleMedia. Shar has served in multiple roles since joining the company in 2006, including Chief Product Officer for Match U.S.
Previously, she served as Chief Product Officer and EVP of The Princeton Review, where Shar led the product team in creating innovative features that were easy, fun and successful for students.
She holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a master’s in engineering from Ohio State University.
Peter Foster currently serves as the GM of Global Advertising and Brand Solutions across Match Group’s properties.
Before joining Match Group, Peter served as CRO for Wrap Media and from 2011-2015, Peter served as Vice President, Solutions Development at Yahoo. In this role, he led Yahoo’s Media Solutions as well as the company’s audience advertising business and mid-market sales team. Previously, he served as CRO at 5to1.com, which was acquired by Yahoo in 2011. Peter has extensive experience in advertising and sales and has held senior leadership roles at organizations including Hi5, Kosmix, Photobucket, Fastclick/ValueClick Media, Maxonline and L90.
Peter holds a bachelor of science degree from Kenyon College.
Ayesha Gilarde currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Match Group, where she drives marketing acquisition for all offline and online media platforms. Prior to joining Match Group, Ayesha spent eight years leading online marketing efforts for LowerMyBills.com and ClassesUSA.com in her role as Vice President of Marketing.
Ayesha holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Mandy Ginsberg currently serves as CEO of Match Group Americas where she is responsible for the Match U.S. brand, Match Affinity Brands, OkCupid, PlentyOfFish, ParPerfeito and overall North and South American expansion. Previously, she served as the CEO of The Princeton Review, where she expanded its services to include online services, including tutoring and college counseling for a new generation of students.
Mandy’s customer experience acumen developed during her tenure as Vice President of Consumer Technology for Edelman Public Relations Worldwide, then subsequently in her role as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at i2 Technologies.
Mandy holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Hesam Hosseini currently serves as General Manager of PlentyOfFish. Previously, Hesam led high growth and cross-portfolio initiatives across marketing, product and technology at Match Group. Hesam has served in multiple roles since joining the company in 2008, including GM of New Initiatives and GM of Match International. Prior to that, Hesam held various management roles at technology startups and was a consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Hesam holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from The University of Western Ontario.
Alexandre Lubot currently serves as CEO of Match Group EMEA & APAC. He is responsible for Meetic, Twoo, Pairs, Couples, Match Asia-Pacific, with particular focus on further expansion of the Match Group business within EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions.
Prior to that, Alexandre spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble, where he held various operational and strategic positions in France and internationally, both in brand marketing and in business leadership roles.
Alexandre holds a master’s in management from ESCP Europe (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris).
Lisa Nelson currently serves as VP of HR for Match Group, where she is responsible for leading talent, culture and all things related to helping people in the workplace. Lisa previously served as the Senior Director of HR for IAC; prior to that, she served as the Chief Talent Officer of the Arnell Group, a subsidiary of Omnicom and leading global advertising and marketing communications company. Lisa has also led recruiting teams for search firms based in London and New York, including Robert Walters and Michael Page International.
Lisa earned her B.A. from the University of Western Australia and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Sean Rad is the Founder and Chairman of Tinder and serves as Chairman of Swipe Ventures. Sean’s passion for enhancing the way people communicate and connect led him to launch several successful business ventures focused on that social mission. In 2005, Sean founded Orgoo, a unified communications platform for consumers. In 2009, Sean became Founder and President of Ad.ly, the largest celebrity endorsement platform for social media. In 2012, Sean founded the mobile app Tinder, spearheading innovation in social discovery for which he was recognized in Forbes’ “30 under 30” in 2013 and Vanity Fair’s “The New Establishment” in 2014.
Sean attended the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
Elie Seidman currently serves as CEO of OkCupid.
Elie joined OkCupid in 2016. He has over 20 years of experience leading and building consumer tech companies, and previously co-founded high-growth startups, Oyster.com and Epana. Elie has also served as the Chief Revenue Officer and President/COO of fin-tech startups Borrowers First and BillMo, respectively.
He holds a BSE in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Jared Sine currently serves as General Counsel and Secretary for Match Group.
Sine joined Match Group from Expedia, Inc., where he served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, overseeing all legal aspects of Expedia’s mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic initiatives, as well as all post-acquisition legal and integration matters.
Sine began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and later joined Latham & Watkins, where he advised leading Fortune 500 Companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
He holds a B.S. in Economics and a J.D. from Brigham Young University and is admitted to practice law in New York and California.
Gary Swidler currently serves as CFO of Match Group. Previously, he was an executive at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and its predecessors for nearly 18 years serving in various capacities. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director and led the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch & Company in 1997, Gary was an associate at the New York City-based law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
Gary graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and with a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
Amarnath Thombre currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of Match Group, where he oversees strategy, research and analytics. Amarnath has served in multiple roles since joining the company in 2008, including President, Match North America and Vice President, Analytics. Prior to that, Amarnath held various management and strategy roles at i2 Technologies, Inc., where he worked closely with multiple consumer businesses in order to drive the company’s growth through supply chain innovation.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai and a master’s in Engineering from the University of Arizona.
Kate Walker currently serves as the CEO of The Princeton Review, a leading provider of test preparation, admissions counseling and academic tutoring. Previously, she served as the CFO and Chief Strategy Officer of The Princeton Review.
Prior to joining Tutor.com in 2014, Kate served as the VP of M&A and Corporate Investment for Kaplan, Inc., handling more than 40 acquisitions, including Kaplan’s purchases of EduNeering, Aspect English Language Schools, Manhattan GMAT, PMBR, Virtual Sage, Course Advisor and Financial Services Institute of Australia. In addition, she managed Kaplan’s venture investments, including investments in ExecOnline, StraighterLine and Treehouse, for which she was a board member. Prior to joining Kaplan, Kate spent five years as an investment banker in the Technology, Media and Telecom advisory group at Goldman Sachs.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
