The campaign will be twofold.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Partnership with the French Government<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Match Group will start donating ad space to the government of France to promote COVID-19 \u00a0vaccinations across its leading French brands: \u00a0Tinder, \u00a0 Meetic, \u00a0 and DisonsDemain.<\/p>\n<p>Match Group\u2019s brands will show the government campaign, \u201cWith each vaccination, life resumes\u201d to encourage its members to be vaccinated this summer. Members will start seeing the banners starting this week, and the campaign will run throughout 6 weeks.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Match Group brands are honored to support the French government&#8217;s vaccine advocacy effort,&#8221; said Alexandre Lubot, CEO of Match Group EMEA and APAC. &#8220;Widespread vaccination is a crucial element in getting back to our normal lives as quickly as possible. We\u2019re encouraging our members to get their shots so they can once again meet in real life and make meaningful connections.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Letting users show their vaccine status<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the ads, the apps will share vaccine resources, offer vaccination badges and stickers for singles to display on their profiles. For many users on Match Group\u2019s dating platforms, COVID-19 vaccinations are seen as a necessary step for singles to be able to date safely in person. Users this year have proactively posted about their vaccine status and say they view this as an important component of compatibility.<\/p>\n<p>Below are examples of vaccine promotion campaigns launching across Match Group in France:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Tinder:<\/strong>\u00a0Members will be able to add a variety of stickers to their profiles including \u201cVaccinated\u201d \u201cImmunity Together\u201d, \u201cVaxxing Soon\u201d or \u201cVaccines Save Live\u201d. Tinder will also launch a \u201cVaccine Center\u201d which will link to resources to educate members about vaccinations.
