The Match Group and Tinder teams are heartbroken by the fires that continue to have a devastating impact across the Los Angeles community. The majority of our Tinder employees are based in Los Angeles, a region we’re proud to call home. The health and safety of our colleagues remains our top priority, and we are doing everything we can to provide support for our employees, their loved ones, and everyone who calls the City of Angels home.
We’ve set up donation boxes in all of our California offices to collect essential items for displaced individuals. These items will be distributed in partnership with It’s Bigger Than Us, South Pasadena YMCA, the Pasadena Humane Society, and also available for our impacted team members. The Match Group Workplace Experience team is also collaborating with our local vendor Bruce’s Kitchen to provide meals and supplies to firefighters and volunteers on the frontlines.
Beyond the direct aid we are providing to our employees, Match Group and Tinder are committed to supporting the communities impacted by this tragedy, and are matching and double matching donations to several employee-chosen local organizations.
We are also making direct financial contributions to disaster-relief nonprofits performing incredible work – World Central Kitchen and the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation.
