European Union Digital Services Act (DSA) Dispute Resolution Options

If you’re located in the European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA) and want to challenge a decision to remove content or restrict your account due to content determined to be illegal or violate our Terms, you have options. You can use an EU-certified out-of-court dispute body to review the decision, though their rulings aren’t binding. A list of these bodies is available on the European Commission’s website HERE.

If you haven’t already, we recommend first challenging the decision through the platform’s appeal process. Be sure to provide specific details on why you are appealing the platform’s decision. Additionally, you can report DSA rule violations to your country’s Digital Service Coordinator. These options don’t limit your ability to pursue other legal remedies that may be available to you.
